Personal Training

There are several options available for personal, one on one training. Whether you are more comfortable in that setting, your schedule is crazy because of your work or travels, or you need some additional help on a specific skill outside of regular classes, we can help you. We recommend committing to a 3 month workout plan. This enables you to gain good workout habits and gives you enough time to see great results.

 
Skill Sessions

Perfect if you are working on a specific skill, prepping for a competition, or just need some personal attention to reach your next goal.

They have new equipment and a non-intimidating environment where the coaches encourage you and push you to go further, but they make sure you are doing things the right way.
