On-Ramp is your introduction to CrossFit and Lincoln Park CrossFit. Here, you will learn CrossFit’s foundational movements and graduate with a basic understanding of CrossFit methodology, daily workout structure, and other CrossFit fundamentals.

Lincoln Park CrossFit Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior. No refunds will be made after billing cycle. All membership holds must be made in writing 30 days prior. Freezing is only possible for full months at a time. Notice must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for monthly membership renewal to be frozen or cancelled. There are no refunds for Punch Cards, Seminars, Privates or Clinics after payment is made. There are no refunds for extended 6 month and 1 year membership contracts. No extensions will be granted on extended 6 month and 1 year membership contracts for missed class periods. Verbal, text, and emails to any account other than the email@example.com account will not be acknowledged or accepted as cancellation notice.
