In order to begin training at Lincoln Park CrossFit, every member who is new to CrossFit must complete a On Ramp Program, which consists of four one-on-one training sessions with one of our certified instructors. If you are already familiar with CrossFit and looking for a new “Box” let us know and we will make arrangements to have you come in for WOD.
On Ramp (4 one-on-one sessions + two weeks of Unlimited CrossFit classes) – $225
3 x Week – $179 per month
Unlimited – $215 per month
With any 3 month commitment, your 4th month is on us! (25% savings!)
No experience needed. In your first class, you’ll meet with a coach to talk about your goals and fitness history, and work alongside you to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.
