Free Intro To CrossFit
Join Us Every Tuesday 7pm or Saturday at 11am!
Lincoln Park CrossFit is completely different from a typical gym and we would love to show you how in one of our Free Intro Classes. Our Intro session is a free small group training session with one of our certified professional coaches where you learn how CrossFit is different from other workout methods and why it produces extraordinary results.
You will receive careful instruction on various basic CrossFit movements and have an opportunity to experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. The purpose of this session is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. This Free Intro Class is suitable for all fitness levels.
We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, and we’ve built our Intro Class to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they’re in. Come prepared to work hard and please wear comfortable workout clothes/shoes and bring a bottle of water.

After the free Intro session if Lincoln Park CrossFit is a good fit for you, we offer our “On Ramp” class for new members.
No experience needed. In your first class, you’ll meet with a coach to talk about your goals and fitness history, and work alongside you to ensure you have a safe and effective workout.
