CrossFit is Our Core 60 minute Fitness program. The definition of CrossFit says everything: CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity functional movement. It is not a specialized fitness program. It is broad, general and inclusive and a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
