Congrats to everyone who completed 18.1! We had a huge turnout on Friday night, and even some crazy enough to retest the workout again during the weekend! Big congrats to all of our first time CrossFit Open competitors!

Also, by popular demand, we’re adding Yoga at 7p on Thursdays through the rest of the Open. We’re tying it in with the Open announcement and cancelling normal 7p CrossFit Class. Yoga will begin after the CrossFit Open announcement each week.
The focus of each Thursday Yoga class will be to prep the movement and mobility requirements for each Open workout. Our very own Yoga instructor, Diana, has put together a comprehensive plan to get us moving well for the Open! Be sure to register for your spot today!
