As we begin a new year, we like to ask our members for feedback about how we did this past year. There were some big improvements in the last year, but we know we can do better. REGISTER FOR WEEKEND CLASSES
Our weekend classes are becoming very popular! So as of Jan 13, please PRE-REGISTER for all weekend classes! This includes Partner WODS (Saturday), Oly Lifting, Rowing, and Yoga. This will help us be better prepared for those busy classes! Beginning February 1, this will be strictly enforced.
